The Morgan County Sheriff’s Office is the primary law enforcement agency for Morgan County. The office is located on Main Street across from the Morgan County Courthouse. The Administrative office adjoins the Morgan County Jail. Sheriff Potter oversees both the law enforcement officers and the jail facility.
